Celebrated annually on April 2nd, International Children’s Book Day is one of the most significant days of the year to promote literacy, inspire a love of reading among children and highlight the importance of books in student life. Our students had the opportunity to read extracts from Roald Dahl books, The Magic Finger and The BFG. Then, they put themselves in the characters' shoes, in order to empathize with their perspectives and understand their actions and feelings. Go ahead! Celebrate the day with a wonderful children’s book!
