Are you ready to board? A project related to airport check-in was undertaken by our sixth graders in class. First, brainstorming motivated the students to express their ideas and thoughts on trips and travelling using the Padlet Application. They mentioned ways of travelling, words related to airports and planes and expressed their preferences in means of transport.

Then, the children listened to a short dialogue at an airport check-in and tried to see how many expressions they had found while brainstorming. Finally, cut-up dialogues were given out and the students were asked to work together and put them in the correct order. The group which completed the task first was the winner.
