One day before their Easter holiday, our senior students started getting ready for an imaginary trip to the UK. Learning about the British currency sounded rather useful, since shopping is definitely one of their favourite pastimes. Our pupils had the chance to use actual receipts and British money to practise making their purchases. They also found out how they can convert pounds to euros and calculate the approximate value of products, so that they can easily spot a bargain.
